When you have completed the assessment and achieved 70% or more and you have submitted the short evaluation survey, the certificate will be unlocked and visible to you.
The certificate is downloaded as a PDF document, please ensure you have a PDF reader installed in your web browser before accessing it. If you have difficulty please contact your local IT team first to check that this is installed and working correctly.
