    • Welcome to Making connections between health, housing and homelessness, a learning resource for primary care staff. 

      This learning resource aims to increase your awareness of the opportunities and challenges associated with improving health for people who are homeless or living in poor housing conditions. The resource is applicable to learners working at any level in primary care.

      By the end of this resource, you will be able to:

      • recognise that unsuitable housing and homelessness is a public health issue for Scotland.
      • reflect on the role primary care can play in early intervention and reduction of inequalities related to unsuitable housing and homelessness.
